Men, my 110 5-speed has started giving trouble – not going into second properly, especially when warm.
Is this a common issue with these boxes? Any known fixes or should I start hunting a reconditioned one? If you know any good mech around Gampaha or Kandy side, drop contact also 🙏

Ahh that's a common issue mcn. If second not going in smoothly when warm, synchro might be worn out.
Also check your clutch master/slave. if pressure low, gears don't engage proper.

Also flush old gearbox oil and refill with MTF94 or Castrol Syntrans – helps shifting a lot.
