Recently I get a strong petrol smell inside when idling. No leaks on floor. Could it be carb overflow? Or fuel return line? Anyone know a good mech to sort this around Kelaniya?

Strong petrol smell at idle with no leaks below could be carb overflow, loose fuel line near the carb, or even a blocked breather. Check around the float bowl and hose clamps. For a good mech near Kelaniya, try Defender Mobile Service And Parts he's solid with older petrol engines.
