My 110's gearbox slips from 2nd to 3rd, especially when climbing with load. Anyone else faced this? What's the fix, and where can I get it sorted in Sri Lanka?

Yeah machang, that's classic LT77 wear. Syncro rings probably gone. Happened to me on the way to Poonagala. Took it to efitechnics, Kurunegala he rebuilt the box with UK parts. Cost me around 85k with labour. Now it shifts like butter.

Try changing your oil first. Use Castrol MTF 94, I buy from Auto Miraj Pepiliyana. Sometimes dirty oil causes hard shifting. But if it's still jumping out of gear, better rebuild it before you end up stranded on a trail.
